01. Where do photoshoots take place?
I’m based in Clarkston, WA, and I primarily shoot locations based within Lewiston, Clarkston, or Asotin that meets your vision. However if you have a location in mind that outside of the valley, I do offer travel add ons starting at $50.
02. How long do photoshoots typically last?
Sessions usually range from 60 to 90 minutes depending on what type of shoot you booked. If you need more time to make sure you capture everything you want captured or want more time so you can do an outfit change, then I offer time extension add ons starting at $75.
03. What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
I ask for at least a 48 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. At the time of booking, a non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session. Don't worry, this retainer is applied toward your total session cost. To cancel or reschedule, please contact me via email or phone. If you reschedule with proper notice, the retainer will still apply to your new session date. In case of severe weather or emergencies on my end, I will notify you as soon as possible to reschedule at no extra cost. Please note that cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to additional fees.
04. When will I receive my Photos?
As of right now, edited photos are typically delivered about two week after your shoot through a digital gallery. This timeline may shift slightly depending on how busy the season is. During your consultation, I’ll go over current turnaround times so you know exactly when to expect your gallery. If you need your photos sooner, I do offer a 48-hour rush delivery add-on for $75. As a general rule of thumb, I recommend booking your session at least a month and a half before you need the final images, just to be safe.
